The DD Entrepreneurial Foundation serves 2 key purposes:
- Provide start up capital to new businesses and grants to existing business led by female entrepreneurs
- Fund entrepreneurial opportunities for young women via education and internships

“The DD Entrepreneurial Foundation by way of DD Project Wines is an inspiring, family-centered non-profit organization that is propelling the work of female-owned businesses throughout our small, but mighty, state of Delaware. With the mission of supporting female entrepreneurs in memory and honor of David Britz’ mother, Diane Rizzo, DD Project Wines designates the proceeds from their delicious wines and gathering events to fund the work of female-owned businesses throughout our local communities. Female-owned businesses are so important to the livelihood, sustainability, and vitality of our communities and economy. Child Inspired is grateful to have been a recipient of a grant from DD Project Wines and encourages other fellow, female-owned business owners to submit an application to help fuel the inspiring work that they are driving forward in Delaware.”
